1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using nourvox.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these documents, you must not use the service.
2. Service description
NourVox provides tools for generating and processing audio, images, videos and transcriptions, as well as a feature for publishing a selected video to third-party services such as YouTube. Some features use automated or artificial-intelligence services and may require credits.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions performed through your account, except when they result directly from a failure attributable to NourVox.
4. Your content
You retain your rights to content you provide or create. You grant NourVox a limited, non-exclusive licence strictly necessary to host, process, convert, transmit and publish that content according to your instructions.
You represent that you have the rights, licences and consents required for every text, voice, image, music track, video, trademark or item of personal data you use. You remain responsible for published content and its compliance with the law and the destination platform’s rules.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not use NourVox to violate the law or another person’s rights; distribute fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or malicious content; impersonate others; bypass security measures; distribute harmful software; abuse automation; or publish content without authorization.
6. YouTube and third-party services
Connecting YouTube is optional. When you use it, you authorize NourVox to upload only the video you select, with the information and privacy level you confirm. You can revoke access from your Google security settings.
Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and the Google Privacy Policy. NourVox does not control YouTube’s availability, moderation, restrictions or decisions.
7. Credits, prices and payment
The applicable prices, credits and limits are those displayed in NourVox when an operation is performed. Unless otherwise required by law, credits consumed for a completed process are non-refundable. If a confirmed technical failure occurs before a result is provided, NourVox may return the credits in accordance with the rules displayed in the service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may correct, suspend or change a feature for security, maintenance, compliance or technical-development reasons. We will avoid arbitrary changes that impair rights already acquired.
9. Automated results
Generated results may contain errors, unintended similarities or unsuitable material. You must review them before use or publication. NourVox does not guarantee absolute originality, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may restrict or suspend an account in response to a violation, security risk, fraud, legal requirement or serious harm to the service. Where reasonably possible, we will notify the user and allow the situation to be corrected.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NourVox is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions by third-party platforms or content published by a user. Any limitation is subject to mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the competent province or territory, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The update date will appear above. Material changes will be announced by reasonable means and will not apply retroactively where prohibited.
